Yessenia has a passion for understanding how a building can reach its Net Zero goals. Yessenia has got a Bachelor’s Degree in architecture and a Masters in Renewable Energy and Architecture. This allows her to have a knowledge and a background in renewable energy types and how to get the best from any building.

We, as a team, are always looking out for opportunities to extend the buildings performance - whether that's assessing the building as a technology or possible renewables to reach a net zero goal. It's Yessenia's job to review a building, its design and the future use to ensure all areas of sustainability are addressed - people, planet and prosperity. This is then reviewed and delivered back to ensure the project can be brought to life.
