Lincy Joy is an Environmental Design Engineer with over three years of combined academic and industry experience in sustainable building services. She supports project delivery across RIBA stages, contributing to design drafting and calculations that align with innovative, net-zero goals.

Before joining Viridis, Lincy worked in Dubai’s construction sector, gaining experience in project management and tender processes. During her postgraduate studies, she contributed to a net-zero library design for São Paulo and earned the ASHRAE UK Rising Star Award. Her thesis focused on retrofitting a Dubai villa to net-zero using solar energy and district cooling.

Lincy values innovation, precision, and responsibility, bringing adaptability and efficiency to every project. She is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and MEP design, and holds an MSc in Building Services Engineering, an MTech in Energy Systems, and a BEng in Electrical and Electronics.

Outside of work, Lincy enjoys exploring cities, experimenting in the kitchen, dancing, and movie nights with loved ones.
