Commissioned by Belvoir Fruit Farms to provide a low-carbon, low-cost mechanical and electrical design services 600m2 new office building, to facilitate the ongoing expansion of the company. Our services included building regulations advice, draft SBEMs and budget estimations.
We employed sustainable expertise for the passive solar m&e design of this 20000 m2 student services building. Sub metering, occupant re-active lighting systems alongside daylighting and natural ventilation techniques were amongst the low energy measure employed within this sustainable scheme.
